Logan Spurgeon is a speculative fiction author originally from Houston, Texas. After leaving a doomsday cult, he received his M.A. in Theology and revived his lifelong passion for writing and storytelling. 

He is the author of The Castle on the Inside, Hinterland, and Sourwood. His short story The Silkworm can be found in Crow Lore: An Anthology. His novels have been featured in Twisted Retreat and Crow Book Box. In addition, Logan has been featured on several podcasts including Weird Reads and ZombPocalypse.

When he isn’t writing, Logan can be found wandering around vintage stores, hiking, tending to his plants, or having deep conversations with friends. He now resides in Lexington, Kentucky.

Logan is a member of the Horror Writers Association. The HWA is the oldest literary organization of writers and publishing professionals around the world, dedicated to promoting dark literature and the interests of those who write it.
